During this period of social distancing due to COVID-19, we shall be allowing you to refill your contact lens prescriptions virtually. In this way you may receive up to a further 6 months’ supply to take you through the period. To further assist social distancing we are currently offering a delivery service, at no extra charge, within the corporate area. How do I order more contact lenses? We encourage you to re-order your contact lenses as soon as possible, due the continued prevalence of covid-19. To use your health insurance, you will still be required to physically come into our offices. Otherwise, you could claim back after the fact and we will provide you with the requisite claim forms upon your advice. We are however currently in dialogue with the major providers to see how best we can apply your insurance to your transaction without your physical presence. Customers holding any of these insurance policies may present their health cards when doing transactions at Eye Q. Providing there is eligibility and monies available on the card they can be applied directly towards the customers’ transaction. We can also accept overseas insurance ichip, Vumi, and Signa by filling in the necessary info and signing.
